These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the agreement between Regal Seniors (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) regarding the use of our website and services.
By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Regal Seniors offers non-medical senior concierge and support services, including but not limited to:

Companionship,

Errands,
-
Appointment accompaniment
-
Light home and yard maintenance
-
Technology coaching/assistance (device setup, online banking, fraud prevention)
-
Pet care and support services
-
Bsic meal prep and cooking
All services are intended to promote comfort, independence, and daily convenience — not medical care or personal support services.
1.1 Home Access & In-Home Service Limitations
Regal Seniors may enter a client’s home or premises solely for the purpose of delivering scheduled services. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, misplaced items, unsafe conditions, or the location of personal belongings within the home. Regal Seniors does not handle cash, jewelry, medications, legal documents, or other valuables unless specifically requested by the client or their authorized family contact. Any handling of sensitive items must be documented. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or if repeated misunderstandings or accusations occur.
1.2 Financial Safety & Online Banking Support Policy
Regal Seniors provides guidance and education for digital devices, technology use, and online banking setup. However, we will never enter, view, store, or record client passwords, PINs, banking credentials, or security questions. Clients must enter all sensitive information themselves. Regal Seniors does not perform financial transactions, access accounts, or make financial decisions on behalf of clients. The client or their authorized family contact retains full responsibility for all financial actions. Regal Seniors assumes no liability for banking errors, lost passwords, unauthorized access, or financial loss of any kind.
2. Service Availability
Services are typically available evenings and weekends by appointment. You are able to contact Regal Seniors: Senior Concierge to schedule service outside these hours, although it will be based on availability.
Services may be completed or provided outside of typical business hours by Regal Seniors: Senior Concierge. We reserve the right to adjust hours, availability, or service offerings without prior notice.
3. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings may be made online, by phone, or by email.

To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Missed appointments (no-shows) may result in full charge of the scheduled service.
4. Payments

Payments are accepted via cash, debit, credit, eTransfer, or Wix Payments.

Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Receipts are provided for all transactions.

All payments are subject to 5% GST
5. Safety & Conduct

Our staff and representatives will always act respectfully and professionally.

Clients are expected to maintain a safe and appropriate environment for services.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if safety, respect, or legality is compromised.
If a client exhibits signs of confusion, memory difficulty, or cognitive change that impacts service accuracy or safety, Regal Seniors may contact the authorized family contact to clarify instructions or ensure appropriate support.
6. Limitation of Liability
Regal Seniors and its representatives are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss arising from services provided, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
Clients acknowledge that services are non-medical and supportive in nature, and that participation is voluntary.
7. Privacy
All personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (click to view Privacy Policy).
We respect your confidentiality and never share your data without consent unless required by law.
8. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our business or applicable laws.
Updates will be posted on this website with a revised “Last updated” date.
