At Regal Seniors, we understand that plans can change.
Our goal is to be fair and flexible while respecting both our clients’ time and the time reserved for each service.
1. Cancellations

24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will not be charged.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged the full service fee.
2. Refunds for Prepaid Services
If you prepay for a service (via eTransfer, Wix Payments, or package purchase):

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If cancellation is made within 24 hours, 50% of the fee may be retained to cover the reserved time.

In the unlikely event that Regal Seniors must cancel a confirmed appointment, you will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule at no charge.
3. Service Packages
If you have purchased a multi-visit or recurring service package:

Unused visits may be refunded on a pro-rated basis (minus any completed visits and a 5% processing fee).

Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
4. Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error or have concerns about a payment, please contact info@regalseniors.com within 7 days of the transaction.
We’ll review your request and resolve the issue promptly.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following are non-refundable:

Gift certificates (unless required by law)

Services rendered in full

Any third-party fees or travel surcharges (if applicable)
